Adam Katz — Of Counsel
Adam S. Katz serves as Of Counsel to Russo Law LLC through a contractual Of Counsel relationship. Adam is not an employee of Russo Law LLC — he is an attorney licensed in New York who collaborates with Russo Law LLC on specific litigation matters. On matters where Adam and Russo Law LLC collaborate, clients are informed of the relationship and any fee arrangement prior to executing an engagement letter.
Adam is a commercial litigator and white-collar defense attorney with experience representing corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts across the United States. His clients have included banks and financial institutions, hedge funds, multinational corporations, LLCs, brokerage firms, and small business owners. Adam advises clients in complex commercial disputes, internal investigations, government inquiries, employment matters, and criminal defense. He has litigated matters involving the FCPA, RICO, the Dodd-Frank Act, FLSA, the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, and the UK Bribery Act.
Adam is a Super Lawyer in the New York Metro area and a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 2007) and Duke University (B.A., summa cum laude, 2004). He is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New
