Adam S. Katz is party to a contractual Of Counsel agreement with Russo Law LLC.  Mr. Katz is employed full-time by another law firm and, as such, serves as an independent contractor to Russo Law LLC.  In his Of Counsel role, Mr. Katz maintains a close, regular and continuous relationship with Russo Law LLC through his work on litigation matters.  Mr. Katz and Russo Law LLC share fees received for these matters proportionate to the amount of work being done on each specific matter.
