Russo Law LLC is a cloud-based virtual firm that was founded and is staffed on a full-time by Louis A. Russo, Esq. - an attorney licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Russo Law LLC does have a contractual Of Counsel Relationship with by Adam S. Katz. Mr. Katz is not an employee of Russo Law. Rather, he is an attorney licensed to practice law in New York only who is employed by another law firm but works with Russo Law LLC on specific and limited litigation matters.
If conference space becomes necessary, Mr. Russo can access and reserve the same at 276 Fifth Avenue, Suite 704, New York, New York 10001 upon reasonable notice. Russo Law LLC also maintains a small office in Wyckoff in Bergen County New Jersey. If you wish to visit Lou Russo at either of its locations, you should make an appointment first.
Lou also utilizes LawPay which has been recommended by the American Bar Association, to accept online payments.
Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools
Russo Law LLC may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of the legal services we provide. These tools assist with tasks such as document drafting, legal research, and administrative support. Please note that all outputs from AI tools are carefully reviewed by an attorney to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with professional and ethical standards.

Fee Sharing Relationships With Lawyers Who Are Not Employed By Russo Law LLC
Russo Law LLC is party to independent contractor contractual agreement with Adam Katz. Mr. Katz is not employed by Russo Law LLC.
Russo Law LLC also has a fee sharing relationship with the law firm of Lewis & Lin LLC.
Russo Law LLC shares fees with Adam Katz and Lewis & Lin LLC on some matters on which they collaborate. Depending upon the specific matter, the division of these fees is proportionate to the services performed by each attorney and the client is informed of the relationship and any fee split prior to their execution of an engagement letter.
You Must Sign an Engagement Letter To become a Client
