Celebrating a Milestone: Lou Russo Selected to Super Lawyers for the Fifth Consecutive Year

We are proud to announce that Russo Law LLC founder Lou Russo has once again been selected to the Super Lawyers list for 2026 — marking his fifth consecutive year receiving this distinction and his ninth overall recognition by Super Lawyers since 2017.

This milestone is worth pausing on. The selection process for Super Lawyers is one of the most rigorous in the legal industry, combining peer nominations, independent research, and third-party evaluation to identify attorneys who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their practice. Only 5% of attorneys in each state earn the designation in any given year. Receiving it five years in a row reflects not a moment of recognition but a sustained standard of practice.

Lou’s journey with Super Lawyers began in 2017, when he was first selected as a Rising Star — an honor reserved for attorneys under forty or with fewer than ten years of practice. He was selected to Rising Stars four consecutive times through 2020 before graduating to the Super Lawyers list in 2022, where he has remained every year since.

For Lou, the recognition is gratifying — but it’s the client outcomes that drive the work. Every contract negotiated, every business sold or bought, every dispute resolved before it became litigation is the real measure. The award is a reflection of that work, not a substitute for it.
